Polyurea is a 2-component, 100% solid (no solvents), fast reacting coating system. It provides a thick protective coating with an excellent wear resistance, a good resistance to weather conditions - even under very extreme circumstances - and a very high chemical resistance. Hotspray coating has a high tensile strength, has an elasticity of 225 - 250%, and is very difficult to tear, if at all.

Polyurea is processed using specially heated machines that take the two components to the end of the spray gun under high pressure (200 bar), after which the coating will react immediately and cure instantly.
