Conservation

This spraying method is based on the principle that particles with opposite polarity are attracted to each other. Using an electrode, the pneumatically - airless - dispersed paint is given a negative charge, after which it is sprayed onto a positively charged object.
The coating particles are attracted to the surface - also at the back of the object - resulting in less loss, especially in case of open constructions. Inconveniently shaped objects, such as tubing and wiring, need only be sprayed from one side.

The advantages include:

• little loss of sprayed coating
• neat finishing
• good coating on the sides
