Airless spraying

Airless spraying was developed for its great production speed and the possibility to apply thick layers of coating in a single run. Using this technique, the paint is dispersed through the spray nozzle at a high pressure of between 150 - 500 bar. The range of products that can be processed using this spraying method is very diverse.

 

The advantages include:

  • thicker layers can be sprayed on during a single run
  • less solvent use
